process

We ensure clients understand the risks and have information on costs at each stage prior to formal agreement. Details of each stage, activity, and all obligations of the parties are clearly defined

Where Initial contact with client provides good reasons to explore further, we will request certain information to help us determine if there are reasonable prospects of achieving a result, consistent with expectations

Where we agree to undertake the task, the client is advised of risks and a draft agreement outlining terms, conditions, obligations, exclusions, and costs for each stage of the entire process is provided. Client is encouraged to ask questions prior to signing a formal agreement

To commence work under the agreement our advisory must be received. Payments received in advance are held in trust until we complete the respective stage tasks. Government fees are required to be paid when we give notice of readiness to lodge and third-party commitments are undertaken only upon instructions of the client

During application process we require timely responses from the client concerning information and documents. Upon lodgement of an application we continue to monitor progress and keep clients advised of requests for additional information, medical checks, and character checks etc until final determination.
